I've managed to get a

tile from above the tub with a hint to another puzzle

but now I'm lost. Any hints from any one else?

Completed L/R now have numbers.
I see I can click on something, but I'm not comprehending....

6 tiles on 'E'.

Now see pattern, and now have number/letter clue.
Turned off the water, and now have scarf.

Count tiles in each letter....apply clue

Have key; applied next clue.
Out....have 5 bottles of something...?
