As part of his George Town trip, a tourist trapped inside the Cayman Islands.There are some clues, puzzles and objects left. Find those objects and hints, solve the puzzles and help the tourist to escape

I see 4 digits, but not working.... Got it! There is a 2nd 4-digit combo.

Found all the ladybugs; now have binoculars and now phone number. Won't work; do I need a battery...?
Found fan while looking where to strike match...
