Maybe I missed the clues, but I solved this one by accident.

I see what turns each puzzle on...
Tried arrows, I thought numbers were a clue but it's not working for me.
Accidentally got slider puzzle, now trying arrows again...

Top-down...5,4,2.

Now the numbers work on arrows (maybe it just needed to be done 2nd...?).

Click on edge of door by arrow, not on arrow...L/R as per R/S number clue.

Now have dots clue...
Trying now to solve 'M', but not getting it....
Had to get help...out. Does not make sense.
