Out with both ends.

Had to restart, but out with the Golden Pumpkin.

If you do not take the bandage from the mummy after just opening the casket, you can not get it again

Out, but no golden pumpkin? Back in to find 2nd end....
Took a couple of more tries, but finally got 'perfect end'.

After opening door, reenter combo using only outside objects.
