A student who changes the course of history is probably taking an exam.

As long as the answer is right, who cares if the question is wrong?

I've got the 4-digits, placed the elastic, but stuck on the 3-digit puzzle....
Got it! Thanks Kzin....squinting and pretending the top was dark helps.
