Once the front is solved, the back is easy. But I had to BF the front

I solved the front by accident, but I still don't understand why it is what it is. Can someone please explain?

I think it is the dots between the red dots. But not relly sure

The answer is G-3, R-1, B-2. Thi corresponds to the numbers that blink adjacent to a red dot or a number box. But of course, one can not see the black dots blink
