all i got is a stick with a hook, gold key and a piece of paper with lines on it.... where do u go from here?

Also found 2 notes with numbers on them and a blue box wedged in the wall (Like a safe) but gold key does not open it... ive clicked everywhere to find another key... nothing Grrrr

EDIT: Found a srew driver, took pannel off wall got silver key and opened blue safe.... Now just need the Code.... I HATE MATHS

Kira, you don't have to turn the map literally, only in your thoughts. The map marks the spot where you have to use the utility knife. When you have found this right spot, the place where you have to put in the second code will appear. Hope this helps.

I've the same problem... The picture with lines looks as the big library near the safe, however I've tried but nothing happens!
