Me too, the clue is the clock, but BF works best

Found 9 men...'got a cramp', but it didn't give me a man....where or where is #10...

Under seats in waiting room, empty bench, nurses clipboard, door sign - in room; inside box on table, computer dots (wait), chair wheel, syringe used twice (green on guy, then yellow bottle)...

Lid when inside combo box....
