how do i open the grey door to find the stairs?

I can see the window but cant do anything, plus i cannot see what is under the couch with my lens

go on the wall next to the window behind the cabinet when it has moved. then u can climb and see the top of the cabinet

True!!! You just do it,

and click on ladder, on the base of the window is small pink key.
Go up ladder and on the cabinet, there is a beautyfull little red button. Press the button and grey door will open for you.

the blue numbers are under the table with the fish,

but I'm not sure.

you have to climb the ladder witch you make out of the sticks, on the top of the cabinet there is a button, click it and it will open

Behind the cabinet

is another little red cute button. Press it gently, and stairs light will turn on.

There is laptop in the basement!!!
