So far I have found

Jackson and Alice, and I know I need Manny for a translation, bought a map and a dagger, and ran into 2 bad spirits, and collected a lot of orbs.

I clicked the top right valve in F and got a large bonus of orbs!

Found all 4 friends & 4 red gems; had no problems /w drawers, but probably because I had first found clue.
What I can't figure out is black ghost and I need 5 letters, BUT, I found 5 letters, plus 5 numbers, yet I can't figure it out, what am I missing or not seeing...?
i am so terrible at anagrams...finally got it!
