You just need all the 8 similar keys, then it will open as soon as you click it.

Yes, it seems to be a bug. There are already some requests in the guest book of the game author to fix that bug, so I hope that the game will be playable soon.
(or that the game author will tell us that this is intended and we have to be quick, lol).

Same here, as soon i open the files, the black key disappears.

Have to find a key thats differant to the other keys and open the padlock after that you have to move the bench and crawl out thru the hole.

I've gone thru that hole and come out the other end. I get to the welcome to prison area and the two cells that I can't open and the crawl space with the swipe thing but no room with files

When you enter the room where it says Welcome to prision, you have to go towards the arrow that points upwards. Take the torch from the wall and put the batteries in.



Click at the box by the elevator. Take the card you found by the stairs and pull in on the swipe system, then you can enter the elevator.

Thanks Sadetta but i'd already got it, and now i'm stuck at the dissapearing key like the rest. It must be that bug, I'm gonna give up for now
