i opened the cell door with the black key and i get to a room with an elevator, but when i try and leave through the elevator, its locked and it says its not going to be that easy!! help please!

I'm lost... and I think im missing something big.

I have the top 4 keys, the batteries, and the screw. There must be another room that I can't get into... I can get out the door and i see the elevator type thing but it wont let me do anything else. Any help?
