Are the numbers on the note around the "edges" of the puzzle? and the blank one would be the center? I just don't know where to start...

are you saying do 123 (first row) then 654 would be upside down y, peace, S (second row) circlely thing, swastika, blank (third row)...

no, you still don't get it? the numbers 1 2 and 3 are in my spoiler 6 7 and 8, that should help with the headache, also try my order in a columnar form, might work i'm too lazy to try it out myself and i hate these sliders anyway
