Hey I finished, had another go.

Found a walkthrough as I totally couldn't find the hole in the wall.

Here it is if anyone else gets stuck!

Walkthrough:

5. Use scissors on the fifth stamp in the upper class in the note on the desk and get blue paper.

What does this mean? Screenshot?

Use the scissors onto the fifth kanji (Japanese letter) in the top line on the paper

put the paper with the arrows in it on the left window when the toy appears? Because it isn't working.

After the black key broke off in the lock, I used the pink key to open the door. I didn't use the pliers at all.
