Whats with the colored 'lights' on the right hand double door? I put the key in the slot, it turned into a large sideways rectangle and nothing is happening, the dots change colors when I click them, but I can't find this 'secret' door ya'll keep talking about...... help?

I pulled off the heads... but when I replace them their eyes dont get brighten!! in which order do I have to replace them??
