for the fuse:

You have to place the blue paper in the fuse in the wall behind the seat. Then in the panel in the wall.

I rarely post a walkthrough... so you can if ya wanna Neener. I guess it's cuz I never use them. I prefer team efforts. Thanks for the puzzle hint Jack. That was my stuck spot.

You can if you want to, but it is not necessary. I am merely happy to assist. I did take a snapshot of the window puzzle after I solved it. If you want I can post it on photobucket and give you a link for the walkthough. Just let me know.

Walkthrough

OKay here is the walkthrough in case you need it for when you get stuck

You need to use the arrows on the screen to move around I included all the movements by them in the walkthrough

1. Go foward twice, left once click left ring turn on light
2. Go back click next to seat get umbrella
3. Go back, left, forward, right get screwdriver
4. Go left, foward, right twice click on left pole drag down panel and get spark plug/fuse
5. Go down, forward, right click second panel use screwdriver get flashlight
6. Go down, left, foward, left and turn lights back off
7. Go down, right twice and around the wall on the floor is a chest open and and get wand
8. Go left twice turn lights back on
9. Do down, left, forward, left and click window click on green horse get number, do the same for the orange, red and blue one its a code.
10. Go down, right, and forward click lock put in code from carosel if you didn't bother with it and just want the answers there at the very end of the walkthrough
11. Get the Blue ticket by pressing the button next to it
12. Go down, left twice, forward, right and click the seat put sprak plug there
13. Go down and right twice click window
14. thanks to Jack here is the simplist way to do it ( will post pics if need be just ask) now there are two circles on the area that has the orange square, just move the smaller one just a teeny bit then move the big on to the colored star that matches. (the black one goes on the big white star in between the yellow and green) drag each smaller circle to the small white star closest to the big one if done right you get a purty flower
15. Go down right twice and click the seat the plug has power now drag the blue ticket and the wand to the right side where its sparking
16. Go down, right, foward and click the big circle on the wall put the blue ticket and the ward on it if it worked right it will turn and a key pops up and you are out

Now the code to the box is 3146 if you didn't do it on your own. There also is some notes above the seats that gave the hint to the carosel your suppose to use the umbrella but I couldn't find the exact spot
