Anyway, stuck already don't know if you can play this without knowing japanese

I don't know it either, lol.
I have so far collected a couple of items.

i have glases, thing that looks like ball and bowling pin
and care and note which i cant read owing to it being in japanese

You can get numbers from some objects and items

Either you just look at them, like the t-shirt of the boy, or you use your glasses

But I'm not much further yet, got sidetracked...

Well yet again I escaped lol took me forever I was translating all the things it was saying but getting no where then I found numbers and used them every which a way untill they worked then at last I got to the stupid piano and was stumped and turned to a different forum for help oops I dunno how the got the last code still trying to figure it out myself but here is a walkthrough if you'd like to use it

Click on dark area next to door its apicture get glasses and note number on shirt

Turn right get ball, bat, car, and note from drawers

Turn right click on picture/ note on wall note number on the thrid row to the far right

Examine bat in your inventory by clicking it then clicking the yellow button, click on the paper area to unravel it and see a number and the paper made a number itself.

Go to the safe and put in the number code 1372 (took forever to get it lol) it came from the bookshelf the other room you click them and get the color sequence green, red, blue, purple so that meant that green would be the bat, red would be the key from the tire tracks, blue geussed that one and purple would be the t-shirt that 5 is actually a 2) and get key

Face the green door and highlight the ball in the inventory and click the lower left side of the wall you make a hole

send the car through it and examine the tracks to get another key

Use red key to get into room through green door

Click on the sheets towards the pillow to find a blank note turn to window examine paper at that position and click on the glasses then the paper to see a number

Go to piano and use key to open it from left to right (only the white keys) click 7359 ( I had to go to a diff. forum for that cause I could only find the 5 and 7 lol) exit out of that and click the box thing under it which is now open to get last key,

Go through door and use that key on the front door to get out
