For the hook

If you have the hammer then use the hammer on the bottom right side of the mirror and you will get the hook

The ladder came up when I clicked on the red button inside the cabinet. I went up the ladder and I can see the key but I can't reach it

Yes. I probably should have been more clear. I don't know if its like the grate and takes numerous clicks to do though. I clicked on it quite a few times before it opened.

To get the key:

Besides figuring out where to click on the grate and the cabinet that one was pretty easy.

The second time when I started the game I clicked on all four corners of the grate and then it opened. I am still not sure where I clicked on the cabinet though
