Now I hope that somebody can explain us why the wires work like this

It's kind of a stretch, and I only figured it out after I escaped the room

Take the values on the papers you found - orange = 1 Kp, blue = 3 Kp, red = 3.25 Kp, and multiply those numbers by the number of marbles on the weird object thingy on the table. Orange - 6 marbles, blue - 9 marbles, red - 8 marbles. That gets you 6, 27, and 26 as the corresponding numbers, and what you need to get the meter on the wall panel down to to light each light.

The paper with the code for the green box. If you found it, you can take it as an item. If you haven't found it,

look behind the drawer with the blue box
