For the code:

Look at the wall in the suitcase room. There are 3 lines of numbers. Then go to the corridor where you see the map of the rooms. Connect the numbers of each line separately on that map. They will spell out three numbers

Now I've put

the trapdoor in the garden, I see the bird from the book with a key, but it flies away. Must find a way to get the key. Maybe there's a hint in the book? I can't get the key

Just follow them like in the game where you connect numbers to get a shape. Take a piece of paper and note it down, then it's easier. The first one is a 7
