I tried the TV channel I found in the toilet but nothing seemed to happen. I'll probably have to reset (again ;() since I don't have the hammer.

Okay so I have found keys:
1-under the couch cushion
2-after looking in couch, on floor easily visible - but half hidden - under couch
3-by bathroom trashcan
4-in toilet

so for the one 'under' the couch it was visible from the screen facing the wall with the picture of the city on it... i didn't actually go to a screen that looked under the couch

Switch, don't reset... you probably just need to find another key... we're all stuck similarly in this regard

never appears for me. I've restarted five times so far

I got the key out of the toilet first then while clicking again, I had the lights turned off and went to look there again and I barely noticed it.

Yay!! got the key under the couch. Move all the cusions up and down a whole bunch, then check. Also, my code in the toilet pulls up some weird green image on the tv. And when I try to put my squares on the cube they disappear, but don't show on the cube?

Some of the squares will go on the sides that arent visible from that view.
