Ummm, I did what you mention in your first sentence,

but there is not everyone in one scene

What am I missing?

I got it to work by not going directly back to the scene where you save your guy with the rope. I think you have to loop through it once so that he's standing on the far side of the rock. Otherwise it glitches and you have to start over (I also started by going left and doing things in the order I came to them)

My last puzzle peice won't stick. It's the biggest piece.

Also, The top item in my inventory that sort of looks like a hat was used on picture puzzle.

I'm confused about the hat and rock that you guys are talking about. Where did you find those?

Put the puzzle piece a bit lower than it should go.

Stone:

On rock with the screen where man is standing on a rock and the other jumps

Hat:

One of the characters wears it

Michelle, I had the same issue.

Try going left and right a few screens and come back. I also completed other tasks before doing it as well. It seems that you might need to have the rock in your inventory to get the puzzle to work also.

Well, other than confusing the rock with the hat, that wasn't so hard at all!!!

In fact I don't think the key to save the jumping man is turn left or right, it's the sceen on the right, if you save him when there are two men standing in the sceen to the right (one on each side), then it doesn't matter which side you turn to after pull him up.

Last piece meaning the one on the floor or the one from your inventory? If the one on the floor, try putting it a little bit below or above the gap instead of over the gap.
