At the moment IE 7 (just like Mystery), but I tried FF as well and I got the same result.

Can you post a screenshot of the advanced settings in your Java Control Panel? I can compare it to mine and see if it has the same settings. Also, when you say all of your Java add-ons are enabled can you tell me specifically which ones are you refering to? After that I am out of ideas.

Sorry, I don't know what you mean with my Java control Panel and where to find it. Do you perhaps mean: Java console?

But I have the following Java add-ons enabled:
        Java Plug-in 1.60-02 (ActiveX-control) ssv.dll
Sun Java Console (brower extension) ssv.dll
SSVHelper Class (browser helper object) SDHelper.dll

If you have a java icon in your taskbar you can right click it and select control panel. If not than you can click the executable file in the Java folder in the Program Files. Just click javacpl.exe and it should open. That will allow you to check all of the settings you have for Java.

Can you expand default java and security and repost?

          Here is mine

Edit: deleted my previous post and merged yours.

Btw I have now also enable the default setting for Mozilla and tried out the game in FF again. But still no game.

I'm not sure why it isn't working in IE. Maybe you can enable it as the default in Mozilla and try it there again. It doesn't appear to be the default in Mozilla. If the runtime settings are enabled in the Java tab then I am out of ideas.

I think I better give it up and try to get some sleep. But thank you for all your help and effort, Jack.

My bad. I meant the Java Application Runtime Settings. Disable the previous version if it is enabled and then try it.

Me too, I'm out of ideas. I assume you restarted all your browsers after you enabled the newest version and disabled the old one. If you did I have no idea what it could be. The game is okay, but it isn't spectacular. You are not missing too much.

Well, if I ever will be able to play the game it better be good.

Good night, Jack. And thank you again for all your effort.

Heh, I just read all your posts about this issue with java and checked settings - I had everything the same as Adventure (except I had enabled the default setting for Mozilla already)

Result - still nothing, null, zero

Many people are experiencing the same problem (I looked into other forums)

                          Well, too bad
anyone got an new game to share?

                          I don't sleep 'cause I don't want to

I'm going to try a few things. It seems it doesn't work on the computer I'm using now just like both of you. I'll play around with it and see if I can get it to work. I have a theory I want to test.

It worked for me, but I didn't care to much for it, only because I couldn't really do anything

I did have to install the japanese language pack to get it to work at all. Could that be your problem? After I did the update and installed the language pack it worked for me.
