Get green color(or orange...forgot), and click on the link in the vent. Use the numbers you see for the safe.

You haven't found the place to put the chips? Then you need to look for it =P Anyway, once you do, use the

all 3 chips, then search the vent. Then use the blue and yellow chips. And search the vent once again and find the link.
