how do you get the sink handle?

you get the sink handle by talking to the guy in the other cell and asking him about the handle.The, exit the screen and go back and use the watch on the guy and you get the handle.I have to go now, but I think I will post the walkthrough when I come back

Can't get into storage room

How do you renew the stupid card? I've tried everything I can think of. Someone please help!!!

To renew card check the blond guys cell

Walkthrough:

Cell Area:

Click on Mickey. Then, click on his left sleeve to reveal his watch.
Then, open his jacket to get a bible.
Click on the bed, then click on the left side of it. Take the nail.
Go back and look under the pillow. Take the coins.
Look under the bed and take the towel.
Take the bottle of shampoo from the basket.
Click on the toilet, and use the gold coin on the toilet lid. Take it.
Click on the sink, then use the silver coin on the sink's exit to block it. Click on where the sink handle should be, then leave.
Turn to where you see the bell, the light switch, and Mickey. Talk to the guy in the other cell across. After exhausting all the speeches, leave, then talk to him again. Ask about the sink handle, leave and give him the watch.
Use the sink handle on the sink, turn it on, and wait for it to overflow.
Once it does, look at the drainage below and block it with the towel. Use the bell above Mickey to call the guard.
Click on the guard's body to get a key, a knife and a gun.
Use the key on the cell door.
Once you're out, click on Jason's cell lock. After the cutscene, choose the knife and attack him with it.
Go into his cell and take the lamp on the floor.
Click on the bible and retrieve a card from between it. Use the card on the machine in Jason's cell to renew it.
Leave the cell and use the card on the machine next to the door.

Storage Room:

Once you're in, turn right and take the picture.
Click on the greenish spot behind you a few times. Use the nail above the hidden depression.
Use the toilet lid to bash it in. Put the lamp in the depression and turn it on. Use the picture on the secret area and turn around.
Click on the part where the light is shining. After this, prepare for a gunfight with Merik.
Hint: When he throws the flash grenade, move your mouse all the way to the right to hide. Then, when the flash subsides, move back and start shooting. You can do this while reloading as well. Head shots count as more damage.
Move into the Office.

Office:

Turn left and click on the light above the door to find a key.
Click on the floor below the door to find a red chip.
Click on the ceiling to find a blue chip.
Click on the side of the clock to get a yellow chip.
Click on the small area with buttons and a keyhole. Make 1 to green, 2 to blue and 3 to purple.
Use the key on the keyhole.
Use the three chips on the slot.
Click on the vent and take the key.
Go back to the area with the 3 slots and take the red chip. Leaving the blue and yellow chips.
Go back to the vent to see that it has turned green(Blue + Yellow = Green) Click on the link. If it doesn't work, manually type it out...IN A NEW WINDOW!
When you've gotten the new screen, click on the cards on the table to reveal the code to the green safe(see why you need green and not anything else?).
If for some reason you can never get the link to work,

Code = 9260

You're done.

Side note: Wonder what the bottle of shampoo is for? Advertisement? =P

Maybe James was an Armor Gamsee as well? Who knows? He might have been there to trick Dialla.
