I found:

screwdriwer (used), a key (used - have no idea what was the purpose of it), spray can (used - not sure if I got full information using this), cutter (used), some long tool - a crawbar or something (also used)

Ok I got the purpose of the key

I used magnifying glass to see writings in cupboard but except number "100" there are kanji just like one the mirror

therefor I assume there will be a language problem hope I'm wrong and manage to find some more items

Hmmm, I think we need

flashlight, magnifyer (to read what is in dresser written), and something to use on bottom right corner of other window

ok, this is fast made walkthrough but not complete of course

press START , ok no jokes now. go right, open desk drawer - get screwdriver, click yellow box on desk - get cutter

go right, click bottom of bed - get crawbar or whatever it is; cut top of box and click - get gold key; look closer at mirror on the wall to see small hole (like in prevoius game) - don't know what to do with it yet

right, open cabinet on the wall using crawbar - get spray can; notice that the trash bin is empty so probably you can not take care of it; click bottom-right part of fridge - get magnyfing glass

right, you can open grate on the near floor with screwdriver; go right again and use key on the lower door of cabinet - use mangyfying g. to see writings; look closer at mirror and use spray - another writings will appear

Well, that's all I got so far

Babelfish doesn't seem to be helpfull with some items - translation for this thing (for projector?) hanging above the door : "It is what! As for this?"

I know! maybe the flashlight is inside that hole behind ventilation grate, but because it's too dark to see it we need to find another flashlight to get the fist one out!

There is a

card on the close up view of the lock. Click around the red part.

Use the card to open the fridge to get the flashlight.

Use the flashlight behind the grill to get a pin.

Use the pin in the hole on the window once, this will lower the
screen in front of the door, look at screen (I think with flashlight or magnifying glass), raise the screen again with the pin, then you can use the code from above for the door
