I've got the
Lighter, bottle, glass thingy, paper, 3 notes
Also I see that the picture
is a stereogram, but it's just another Japanese message
Can't get into the cabinet with the coffee machine(?). Or what am I supposed to do next?
@bmatt, I believe you, but for a game without language barriers, it sure does have a lot of Japanese messages (I can only assume that at least some of them are hints).

Still can't do anything...
@det. neil
I assume you mean there's a secret compartment in the third drawer in the desk? But if I click it again, it just closes.
Arlo seemed to somehow haveboiled the water. How? And if this is only to get another message, then what's the point?
Edit: I used thepaper (which obviously wasn't paper after all) to open the cabinet. Boiled the water and used it to see the 5th note.
Still can't find anysecret compartments. I've clicked all over the drawers.
Edit 2: Aaah. Got it.Used the glass thingy (Which I still have no idea what is) to open the secret compartment.Last edited by Arch7; 10-24-2007, 22:59:24.

Alright, not exactly out, but I have to say this:
There is a huge language barrier to this game!
It's possible to complete without being able to read all the notes, but getting the notes and reading them is part of the game. Without them it's all just guesswork.
Not all the keys work, but a lot of them do. Without the note you seriously don't have any basis on which to choose the right one. There's at least 2 hidden notes (painting and blue hexagon), 3 which you can pick up, and 1 in plain view (3 if you count the ones with the keys and on the locked door).
Finally I have to critisize the game for it's strange objects and their uses.
Using what looks like a glass lid for a blender to open a secret compartment in a drawer, and using what looks like a piece of paper with a few rectangles to open a locked cabinet.Last edited by Arch7; 10-24-2007, 23:17:30.
