Can't figure out the color dot panel either (and yes, it was pixel hunting to find it - thanks dia).

Also there's two notes in japanese. One blue (with the number 1 in it) and one yellow (with the number 2 in it)... do they have anything to do with anything?

The clock seems to be a clue, but I don't get it (and there's no yellw)

Greetings. Had to cheat for door code - still don't understand it even after I saw it. I never found a #1 on anything. Did everything else - I can't see clock clicking down. Can't figure out dots. Time for a cup of coffee and my soap.

i put the paper into the bag,the nail into the round thing and this on the clock,but still can't put the bin next to bookshelf and can't put the gass thing on the blank wall!

for the dots.."s" is start, arrows on clock are up and down, left right, the # are the spaces you count

For the dots, they have to be done in order:

Count up from the S center dot 2 and put a red dot there, then count down 4 and put a blue dot, then 2 left for the purple/pink dot, and then 3 right for the green dot. Make sure your timer hasn't run out.
