It is, since we all experience it. But it worked for me after refreshing.

I found

a key card (used) and two notes, a silver key (used), gold key, a stick (used), a knife, plus 2 secret compartments which I need to open somehow

Ok I used

the gold key to open a compartment, what is that- water?

Here's what I've done so far:

Gotten Key card, Kunai, Silver key, Gold key, 2 notes, Bamboo pole, rope.

Key card from under seat, 1 note from amongst scrolls, 1 note from drawer. Gold key from secret compartment left of door. Bamboo pole, click top left of table. Kunai, use bamboo pole to reach on top, gold key, use bamboo pole on hole below pot and open the compartment behind painting. gold key used on cabinet, used key card on slot above safe. silver key used on compartment below window. use kunai on the rock in that compartment to get rope. can place pole on top of window.

Can you read what the notes say?

I can do a direct translation for the notes.
First one says Evening's light or night's light.
Second one says As stated in the text Jing Ying

ok, i refeshed the page and it started the game over but as soon as pushed start the whole screen went black, i can't even get a picture at all. this is driving me crazy.

Ahh important info from Nordinho forums. When you combine both notes together, it becomes an old Japanese name of the month.
