you need to purify the poo first. Try dissolving it in some water

so far

made a gear and took the photo, made a screw, opened the panel(where i don'tknow what to do, i only can connect the o with the I) and i filled the core with colour(don't know how and where to use it..)

a little help would be appreciated!!

looking with the violet light

select the camera, turn he prism to the violet colour, go to the test tube and there you'll find a hook. take the pic of the key. then turn round and pick up some compost. go to the transmat put the pic on the left and the compost on the right and click the button. wait, then take the key, go to the trapdoor and you're out!
