Ok so first of all I have (and I think I know what your items are):

black item (used), wooden pole (used), two notes (one used or rather used the clue), two numbers, white something and float

And now I crossed Ishibashi and let's see what I'll find there

Try using online translator such as babelfish

Dia didn't mention it so I will - There is a language barrier but you can translate text by highlighting copying and pasting in translator.

but can't reach them..

I have yellow stick, made hammer, crossed the bridge, found tho more numbers, saw something behind the closet but can't reach it, and I think that's it...
