Okay I this is where I found my 3 blocks, I need help with the 4th please

one in the vault, one behind the energy drink machine, and one in a box.

I have got all 4 "puzzle" shape things, the blue energy drink, i have put in the oxygen canister, i have the mask and tube of respirator and the green book

I don't know WHY this game creator is so adamant about not having a walkthru posted.
The game is DAMN HARD!
Can't open the thing on the floor or work out the Math puzzle, Can't pull the handles, Can't use the mask.
This is hard enough to warrant and need a walkthru.

K i dont understand the numbers on the boxes with the little animal pictures...why is it only single digits if all the numbers are double??
