you need to spell out Noel. check under carpet where dog was after he has eaten the cake and check the flowers too

i have a lighter that i used to light all the candles i could find, a plate (used), a ball from the stocking, and a letter N.

where is this knife, i think i know what to do, i just can't find the knife.

keep turning the lights on and off, don't know why but that's how it worked for me

Where on Earth is this knife how did You use the letter? I'm totally stuck.
Am I stupid or just tired...grin

One of the letters is

in the red part of one of the carnations. Another one is hidden by the candle to the left of the door.

Also, you might want to look for a key near the window if you haven't found it yet.

i just gave the ball to the snoman and he whipped out a wand wich so far has done nothing. i have used everything except for somereason my lighter hasn't disappeared
