@jupiter, i had that problem too, i had to read jacks hint.

if you zoom in on the glass and push tab it should show you were to put each one. the red one goes on the glass on the red writing and i think its in the very upper left hand corner and the blue one goes on the glass with blue writing and its in the lower left corner but its like two in or something. the tab key should show you the exact place though.

I am not sure what I did... but somehow I managed to get it working...

I got the car to disappear by clicking on the lights above it and then I clicked the stage and a door appeared and I used my key on it
