okay so i'm on mission 3 now...so far i have

gotten pen, ink and paper > wrote on paper. i also have this orange mop thing

i don't really know what to do now...

Found both keys (used), found the duster (used), found the cable (used), plugged in the heater to get the phrase "HOTLETTER", found the ink (used), found the pen (used), written on the blank paper, found the clover and added it to the letter, found the envelope on the desk, found the codes under the sink.

user the phrase from the heater on the safe to get a stamp and complete the letter
