on the back of the cat poster

The only doll in the room is Santa, so that's one password (but in lowercase, like the locker says). The other is the cat's name, which you have to work for.

Put together the puzzle to get it

I don't even remember what I did to make it come down or turn around or whatever. I was a speed-clicking fool, and I haven't been able to make it move again.

Help with the Santa box

So you're looking at the board - there are four colors on it. Where have you seen those four colors before?

The reindeer stockings over the fireplace

There's stuff to count on them. Write down these numbers and the colors they correspond to, and plug them in on the board. But there's still four open spots - what to do?

The board is a magic square, meaning every row and column and the both diagonals have to add up to the same total, and each number (1-16) appears only once. I'll leave you to work that one out on your own.

Once you get those four numbers that go in the blank spots, you've got your code for the Santa box (read top to bottom like the arrow says)

Newspaper, candle, key, arm/bottle opener, red pen, scissors, poker, present (all used); dried bonito, Christmas card, and 4/5 pieces of the star.

I'm not sure where to go from here...
