Yay, managed to transfer

crowbar, and used in on the floor in the right corner next to stairs to get a screw and a piece of wood from floor

4 small screws, steps I made, hinge, blue screwdriver and paints

then put paint boxes on it and got up to open the window.

The box from room 2 has 2 more hinges in the back. That is the small wooden box in your inventory.
