I have found so far

A dead body, a bottle of acetone, a magnet and a dirty sheet.

I tried pulling the key from the sink with the magnet, but it doesn't seem to work

Yeah, I can't work out the number, I have the clue but it's still confusing?
Clue:

Body 4 came in before you
Body 2 has the numbers 87
Body 3 outstaied longer than body 2
You are longer here than Body 2
Body 3 and 4 came in at the same time

Edit never mind figured it out, can't believe i was stuck, so simple
