I still can't solve the tiles puzzle..there are many tiles that I can't find a place for?!

and still don't know where to use the key and the black belt

I found putting corners in then doing the sides helped me. The shapes are really unique so having spent a lot of time on it, it only chimed and some flowers flew at me!
The key needs to be used on the top of the drawers (slightly to the right) if you have pressed the button from where all the boxes were, it should appear. The black belt just is added with the rest of 'Santas' outfit at the end.

@ dia:

you may need to find the beard in the snow, if you have all of the rest of 'Santas' outfit, inc skis and poles - the poker is very good in reaching it - you may need to zoom in at the fence to find the beard.

Yes the log of the tree...I emptied my inventory from everything exept the key and still nothing?!...maybe I'll have to rastart my game :[

thanks dia already got it from santa..I put the tiles togather but seems to be missed up and I don't know which peace to replace! I had to scramble them again x(

I did more things but got nothing:

put star on the (deer?) head,smooth the wood out of the branches after cutting off the leaves and if I click on it now it sound like being heavy..?!

after you lift all the edges of the carpet up click the middle of the carpet then take the lighter under it

ZoMAYoR - thank you so much...........cannot believe I did not work it out......... stuck for the last 20 mins on that one!!!! Duh, seems so easy compared to the other puzzles - must be fatigued from all the escaping today!!

I have tried finding the lighter, but no luck, I can only lift the edges of the carpet - please, does anyone know how I can get the lighter, need to burn the candles? !!!..........arghhhhhhhhhh.............
