You don't need that file - it's supposed to be on the website. They have gone over their bandwidth limit for the time being, so the site is effectively down for now.

Maybe someone could at least tell us which candle to click on, or if we are supposed to do something to the candles before we can get them. I tried zooming in on it too, but nothing...I just want to finish this game! Please!!

open the door with the key and take apple and put apple on face of the man in picture and u will have the hat
