I can't get it to turn on to boil - i have clicked all over the place!

Make sure that you

plug in the heater and then use the orange juice on the cup

and then

make sure the cup is selected when you click on the knob.

ruler, glass with juice, blue bag, dustcloth, kettle, the oranje juice of course and cutter. Now what do i have to do because nothing seem to work...???

Look at previous posts for kettle and boiling oj... but as for the pills, I can't find em, and my fingers are starting to hurt form all this clicking... grrr...
