I cannot also turn ball and yellow key over to get numbers... how do u do it? and how do u work out the dice when you turn them over and get colour parts....

You need to select them so that they are zoomed in, and then just click around at their edges until they turn.

For the code

get 12 numbers that are assigned to 6 colors in total. For the dice, turn them around in every direction. The opposite faces add up to 7, so that you will get the numbers for the colors.
Then match always two number that have the same color; this way you'll find the first, second, third etc. number of the code.
To enter the code into the number pad, use the clue from the 3 papers to know what button is which number

It is not working for me, too. I have checked every edge of the 4 balls and the key and they won't turn.

I found them and I have noticed that

I was not supposed to click ON the item
but some pixels away (for me worked at "3hrs" spot)
