well I have 1 box left in my inventory, but that might be for the seed(it's the last one) I don't see anything else that theres to do

I think the last box would be for the key to escape. I've seen the paper under the carpet, but that doesn't help.

I got it! I clicked each bottle just as the other bottle sat back down

and the last box is for the escape key
