So far I have

a thumb tack, a hair pin, some black clip, pliers, screwdriver, wire, glasses, a key, tape, something black and white with writing on it and an eraser, and I've seen a clue for a passcode.

*SIGH* No clue where to find any of these items... perhaps I'll try again later.

You have to use the

black clip to open the cabinet under the elevator buttons and the blue hair pin to lift the carpet on one corner.
