Any idea what to do in the column room?

number the columns so the left column nearest you would be top 1, middle 4, bottom 7, column 2 would be top 2, middle 5 bottom 8 etc then turn them all red except the numbers on the wall hope i explained that ok for you

Column Room

I read the instructions for the column room, and followed them (i think) but nothing happens.

With the columns on the right, do they continue across from right to left? so the top line is 10, 11, 12 L-R.

I am doing something wrong!
