I've noticed a couple changes when you refresh. I did it since I lost all my keys. My flowers were different colors the second time, and my pool was full.

EDIT: refreshed again and got a different poster with what looks like another locked draggable panel. Some keys appear when you refresh as well.

clicked the button on far right under floorboard and it changed my poster back to batman

Anyone else realize you get a different poster when you have a empty pool? There is a panel on it, but it's locked!

panel on the side of the house to move.

flower panel: I think I may have gotten a key from the yellow area, but I have no idea what I did to make it happen.

the panel on the side of the house:

i think the button under the batman poster unlocks this. It slides upwards. It also changes when you refresh, sometimes there is a key, and sometimes there is a poem.

I'm having lots of trouble getting the game to load again, too.

if i remember good (i still can't open the page!!!) there's a button that changes the brown poster to batman's poster(i think it's the one in the panel in front of the flower pot)
