finding signs combining the numbers given in the columms

cant find those signs anywere

i'm checking out other posts, and no one seems to be able to get past the number sequence -- they brought up the point that the 3rd number

Where do I light the fire? And how do you work out the code?

Fire:

There is a hotspot that you can click at the bottom of one of the screens (where the floor has a different color) - I've missed it also at the beginning. Then put paper, and use matches

right but that code didn't work. the numbers were different, cus that is what i had originally done. the numbers i came out with were the same as what winged said

Well i got out using the numbers you gave me but I have no idea why? Oh well I was going ok up until then!!

the stick is one of the cross pieces of wood below the window.

That code clue makes no sense. The numbers that match the code sheet in order from one to five are

23 64 41 34 92
The numbers at the bottom of the third page only look like an example as to how you come up with a number for each symbol. If you follow the numbers across top and side to where they intersect it matches the symbol on bottom of page. Now the clue on the ceiling says 1 4 5 3 2 with an arrow pointing left to right. So that would make the code 23 34 92 41 64. Am I wrong?

Another hint

Use knife on squares after code sheet is in book and symbols will show up in the squares. Which kinda proves my point becos if you look up the symbols in the code someone posted that actually opens the door, some of them aren't the ones in the boxes on the first page

4 o'clock and all is well. Wish I could see things bigger .. have items 1, 2, 5, 7, 8 & 9. Looked at a book .. see others played this back in March *sigh* so no one around. Always talking to myself.

Well that was not worthwhile - computer code that I figured out agrees with several others but see post 25 for the one that works.
