Open everything - all doors, drawers, cupboards and unmake the bed, move pillows, open toilet and mirror, then check red box by TV there will be something...

Use this as the last knob next to trap door, you can then attach ladder and descend into darkness...

EDIT> Down ladder, found

'B' mixed and poured into mold but can't open. I think I am missing an item. Once you go down you can't get back up!!

Elni: Make sure EVERYTHING is open, even the blind, shower curtain... that's all I can say really. Make sure you read the instructions for making key carefully, I think I am stuck down there!

Leapfrog:

Get B, then examine the Glass, add the two chemicals, on either side. Then Examine the Mold, add the glass. Then use the coin to open the mold, use key on the door and your out!
