Playing at the moment
so far have:

Found 2 numbers
Apple
Red key {used}
Blue key {used}
Shovel {used]
Round blue thing {used}
Wooden stick {used}
Hammer {used}
Paper

ok just started and already stuck

a apple, a red and blue key(used), shovel(used), blue thing(used with stick), hammer(used), and piece of paper I can't read

If you look up, the ceiling contains more writing with flags, perhaps the paper corresponds with that

Oh found some more

Knife is on top of drawers

EDIT: Opened Box

Look at the flags, and look at the far right bottom and top.
The paper says read one from bottom to top, and read one from left to right.

This shows the colour for the box order. (look at the colour from where you found the number.

Red: Use Magnifying glass on flower pot
Black: Bears nose
White: Use Magnifying glass on cloud
Yellow: Corner of door

Weren't sure where the Blue one was

You all are way ahead of me. I haven't found any keys, but the green one, the knife, the magnifing glass, the apple, and five numbers. Never mind. Found the yellow button and the red and blue key. Just made the hammer as well. Just missing the last number.......
