Oh my goodness, I'm finally out!!! That was beyond insanity to have the 2 keys in the door and be unable to open for an hour and a half!!! I even checked 10 other walkthroughs and nobody could figure it out. An earlier post in this thread was on the right track but...

go back in the closet and play every violin until you play the only one with a different melody, then click on the door to exit and YAY you will be out

grrrrrrrrr... i just can't seem to understand da whole closet thing with the circles and the bass players and sax players. i've read all da hints but i don't understand how it all works. it makes me wanna cry

EDIT 2: YES!!! finally i'm out. u couldn't pay me enough money in the world to make me play that again, but it was a pretty good and challenging game
